the flags here were originally part of my personal mono-repo (with github, you could have README's pinned for your profile with a same-name repo; I additionally used this for miscellaneous things). i decided to make this its own repo, but it should be properly organized now that this has been made.

proposed structure:

assets/
- flags/
  - /
    - <name.svg>
